"This report presents the findings and recommendations of the Evaluation of the Canadian Association of Physician Assistants (CAPA) Contribution Program. As per the TBS policy, the evaluation examined the relevance and the performance of the CAPA Contribution Program over a five-year period (fiscal year (FY) 2009/10 to FY 2013/14). The CAPA is a not-for-profit association founded in 1999 by the Canadian Forces Medical Services School to create, promote and advocate Physician Assistant (PA) as a recognized health occupation.
