"The National Energy Board (NEB) is Canada’s energy and safety regulator. We take all reports of non-compliance seriously, and will take enforcement action if we discover that our regulatory requirements are not being followed. Examples of non-compliance could include: violations of the NEB Act and regulations involving the safety of pipelines and facilities, pipeline integrity, environmental protection, emergency management and security, or damage prevention"--Introduction.
