The feasibility of a long term investment plan for the performing arts and heritage sectors / submitted to: Muktar Malik ; prepared by: Ekos Research Associates Inc.: Co52-22/1985E-PDF

"The major conclusion from our work is that the development of a Long Term Investment Plan for the performing arts and heritage sectors is technically and practically feasible. For maximum efficiency and effectiveness, we highly recommend that LTIP be closely linked with the Capital Investment Planning Information System (CIPIS) currently being developed in the Department of Communications. In essence, the result would be a number of inter-linked factor specific information systems which could be used for descriptive, predictive/planning, and analytical/evaluative purposes. Ultimately the two projects should be merged into a single, consolidated Cultural Investment Planning System (CIPS)"--Conclusions, page 69.
