"Although progress has been made in recent years on the issue of sexual harassment and violence in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), the recommendations of the Deschamps report have not been fully implemented and work remains to be done to resolve the issue. Based on the evidence gathered during its study, the committee makes eight recommendations to the Government of Canada"--Recommendations, page 7.
