IRA project : inter-regional telecommunications accounting : final report on the second phase / prepared by le Laboratoire d'économetrie de l'Université Laval and Sorès Inc.: Co22-195/2-2-1974E-PDF
"This Final Report on the Second Phase of the IRA Project consists of an Introduction and of four chapters. A large part of it is devoted to the test runs performed with the different blocks, or parts of them, and with the model as a whole. The second main purpose of the present Report is to propose some scenarios of simulations in view of posing and evaluating some policy questions to which the model now addresses itself in a more precise manner. Although the emphasis is now put on policy questions it is worth reminding the reader that the logic of the model is essentially the same as before, i.e. it contains four blocks each one continuing to perform the tasks for which it was constructed. A fifth block is now being included, and described in Chapter 4, under the more general heading of Simulation"--Abstract.
