"In this work, the problem of the synthesis of a net providing the required flows among the various nodes, without capacity redundancies on the channels is considered; the conditions under which such a net is realizable are given and, taking into account the presence of constraints on the channels, a synthesis procedure is suggested and implemented by a computer program, handling the overall problem"--Abstract.
