"A sanitary survey of the waters of Pender Harbour and outlying areas was conducted during July 1974 by personnel of the Environmental Protection Service, Pacific Region. The purpose of the survey was to reassess the existing Schedule J closure of Gunboat Bay and to determine the effect of the increase in the residential and boating populations on the water quality in the remainder of Pender Harbour and outlying areas"--Abstract.
