"The Canada Small Business Financing Program (CSBFP) is a statutory program designed to facilitate access to financing for Canadian small businesses. Established in 1999, it is governed by the Canada Small Business Financing Act (CSBFA) and administered by Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). As legislated by the CSBFA, the program operates on a statutory five-year review cycle. This report covers the fourth such review period from April 1, 2014, to March 31, 2019"--Preface, page 2.
