Major Canadian projects : major Canadian opportunities : a report by the Consultative Task Force on Industrial and Regional Benefits from Major Canadian Projects.: C23-171/1981E-PDF
"This report has been prepared by the Consultative Task Force on Industrial and Regional Benefits from Major Canadian Projects, generally referred to as the Major Projects Task Force, and represents the culmination of over two years of effort by this bipartite business-labour body. Although established under the auspices of the federal Minister of Industry, Trade and Commerce after discussions with the provincial ministers of industry, the Task Force has carried out its work independently. The report discusses the nature and extent of the potential Canadian industrial and regional benefits which could arise from major capital projects to be constructed in this country to the end of the century. Recommendations have been included which the Task Force believes will help to maximize the flow of these benefits to Canadians."
