Young people's images of Canadian society : an opinion survey of Canadian youth 13 to 20 years of age / John C. Johnstone, with the assistance of Jean-Claude Willig and Joseph M. Spina.: Z1-1963/1-1-2E-PDF
"This volume describes how the 1965 cohort of Canadian young people 13 to 20 years old perceived their homeland. It presents the results of a national sample survey in which 1,365 young Canadians gave their views on the nature of their country, its people and its problems, and on their own expectations about living in Canada as adults. The main purpose of this research was to gain a better understanding of how contemporary Canadian youth feel about various social issues in Canadian life and, in particular, about the question of bilingualism in the national community"--Introduction and Summary of Findings.
