Cost estimate of a hybrid parliament system.: YN5-217/2021E-PDF

"This report estimates, at the request of Senator Rosa Galvez, the incremental costs and savings of a hybrid parliamentary system. In such a system, parliamentarians can participate either in person or remotely via video conference. The significant decrease in travel also reduces green house gas (GHG) emissions and as such, this report also attempts to estimate this associated reduction"--Executive summary, page 1.
