"The objective of this review was to assess whether: policies, processes and procedures; roles and responsibilities; quality assurance; and, monitoring and reporting of the PSPC staffing function exist to support the Department in attracting and appointing qualified candidates. The review covered the period April 1, 2018 to January 31, 2019. It included the National Capital Area and the 5 PSPC regions: Atlantic, Quebec, Ontario, Western, and Pacific"--Executive summary.
