"The Canadian International Trade Tribunal Act (the Act) provides that, where the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (the Tribunal) determines that a procurement complaint is valid, it may recommend any remedy that it considers appropriate, including payment of compensation to the complainant in an amount specified by the Tribunal"--Introduction, page [1].
