"This report documents the exploratory research and general activities completed in the winter of 2021-22 by APS Aviation Inc. (APS) on behalf of Transport Canada (TC) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This work is part of the TC/FAA aircraft ground deicing research project.
