"From March 8 to May 11 2022, Statistics Canada conducted the Survey of Employers on Workers’ Skills (SEWS). The purpose of the survey is to collect information on employers' skills needs and skills gaps as well as their human resources management practices, work organization, training programs, and talent recruitment and retention programs.
