"This EPR report was written by CNSC staff as a standalone document describing the scientific and evidence-based findings from CNSC staff's review of Canadian Nuclear Laboratories (CNL's) environmental protection measures for the Port Hope Area Initiative (PHAI) located in the municipalities of Port Hope and Clarington, Ontario.
