Canada's collaborative modern treaty implementation policy.: R118-2/2023E-PDF

"The purpose of this public-facing Collaborative Modern Treaty Implementation Policy is to advance the implementation of modern treaties. This requires increased understanding and awareness of the importance of modern treaties, with the specific goal of advancing a systemic shift in the federal public service's institutional culture, reflected in behaviour, decision-making, and actions at every level of the federal government. This will support the full, effective, and timely implementation of all modern treaties in Canada"--Purpose, page 5.
