"Following verbal instructions received from the Chief Mammalogist of the Canadian Wildlife Service, an aerial census of beaver was carried out in Prince Albert Park, October 16 and 17. The purpose of the survey was to determine the trend in the beaver population of the park, and an estimate of beaver numbers"--page 1.
