"This memorandum has been revised to reflect changes made to the Privacy Act through an extension order, which now provides right of access to personal information to all individuals outside Canada as well. Paragraphs 45 and 46 were removed and replaced with a new paragraph 45. This memorandum provides administrative guidelines on the access, use, and disclosure of API, PNR, IAPI and pre-departure Air Exit Information within the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), as well as information regarding access and correction requests for this data. Air Exit data used as the exit record in passage history is not included in this D-memo"--In brief.
