"The CHRC is committed to working with the Government of Canada as well as domestic and international partners and stakeholders to ensure continued progress in the protection of human rights, including Canada's implementation of the rights and obligations enshrined in the various human rights treaties to which Canada is a party. In the spirit of constructive engagement, the CHRC submits this report to the Human Rights Council on the occasion of its review of Canada during the 4th cycle of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR)"--Page 1.
