"This evaluation was required as per Section 42(1) of the Financial Administration Act. It addresses the relevance and performance of the Den-Ice Agreements Program, which provides a contribution to the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in support of the Denmark and Iceland Joint Financing Agreements (Den-Ice Agreements). The evaluation examined the period from 2009-10 to 2013-14 ... The contribution to ICAO supports the delivery of meteorological and communication services by Denmark and Iceland.
