"This study examines the status of women in the Canadian Forces (CF), looking at such factors as enrolment figures, experience distributions, occupational preferences, attrition rates and lastly rank distributions. In the past, the CF has limited the employment opportunities of women. However, over the last 20 years, progressive policy changes have had a positive effect on encouraging women to select a career with the CF"--Abstract, page ii.
