"This enactment amends the Canada National Parks Act to (a) allow a local government body to exercise powers in relation to land use planning and development in the town of Jasper as provided in an agreement applicable to that town; and (b) provide that certain regulations do not apply to the town of Jasper once a municipal by-law applicable to that town respecting land use planning and development comes into force"--Summary, page ii.
