"This report presents an assessment of the climate of the northwestern Baffin Bay area for the July-to-November portion of the year. The elements of the climate that are considered include climatic controls, wind, temperature, wind chill, precipitation, ceiling and visibility, aircraft icing, waves, structural icing, air pollution potential, and climatic variations. Analyses are generally presented in terms of means, extremes, percentage frequencies of occurrence, and design values.
