Terminology Bulletin 209. Joint project of the Geological Survey of Canada and the Department of the Secretary of State of Canada. This vocabulary contains terms relating to the Quaternary as well as to several Earth Sciences fields (geology, geomorphology, stratigraphy, sedimentology, and geochronology). English and French definitions have been included for about a third of the vocabulary's entries. Related to the "Geology of Canada" collection. The vocabulary complements the first volume of the collection, entitled "Quaternary Geology of Canada and Greenland.
