The purpose of this project is to ascertain public attitudes, beliefs and awareness regarding slides (the sliding panel of a cigarette package) and of potential marker words (e.g. WARNING) or pictorials (e.g. skull-and-crossbones) that might be used on slides. There was a particular focus on what locations on the slide would be most conspicuous.--Introduction
