Departmental consolidation of the Food and Drugs Act and of the Food and Drug Regulations : with amendments to December 19, 2001 : H41-1/2001E
This consolidation of an Act and Regulations covers food, drugs, cosmetics, and medical devices. The aim of the legislation is to ensure safety and honesty in selling, advertising, and labelling.
