Kwanlin Dün First Nation Final Agreement among the government of Canada, the Kwanlin Dün First Nation and the government of the Yukon : R2-374/1-2005E

This is a land claim agreement between the governments of Canada and the Yukon and the Kwanlin Dün First Nation. It settles rights of ownership and use of land and other resources in the traditional territory of the Kwanlin Dün First Nation. It includes provisions dealing with access, expropriation, surface rights, land use planning, water management, fish and wildlife, forest resources, nonrenewable resources, financial compensation, taxation, economic development, royalty sharing, self-government, transboundary agreements, dispute resolution, and implementation.
