This report presents recommendations based on the findings of the Commission of Inquiry into the Sponsorship Program and Advertising Activities. Part One of the report outlines the reforms introduced by the Government since the Commission was established in February 2004. Part Two deals with accountability and Part Three with more specific issues, including the future management of advertising and sponsorship activities as well as lobbying. Part Four presents the Commission’s consolidated recommendations.
