These proceedings of the 4th Symposium on Current Trends in International Fusion Research provide information on research on this possible energy source. The symposium included research on the plasma focus; the stellarator, the tokamak, and the colliding beam reactor; magnetized target, inertial confinement, and cluster fusion; and reversed field, spherical, and Z-pinch. This volume includes a report of the Panel of Distinguished Scientist and Engineers in response to the research.
