Thirty-sixth annual report, 2002-2003 : SR1-2003

This is a report on the nearly 2000 cases reviewed by the Board during 2002–2003. The cases included applications for certification, revocation of certification, complaints of unfair labour practices, and complaints under Part II of the Canada Labour Code. By far the heaviest volume of cases consisted of grievances about the interpretation or application of provisions of collective agreements or major disciplinary action and termination of employment.
