Annual report to Parliament, 2002-2003 : IP30-1/2003
This report of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada reports on investigations and inquiries under the Privacy Act and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents (PIPED) Act. In addition to summarizing select cases and incidents under the two acts, the report describes audits and compliance reviews of organizations affected by the Privacy Act, and reports on the status of applications before the Federal Court under the PIPED Act. Includes a statement of expenditures.
