Wild species 2005 : the general status of species in Canada / produced by the National General Status Working Group (NGSWG), published by Canadian Endangered Species Conservation Council (CESCC). : CW70-7/2005-1

The first step in conserving and protecting wild species is to assess their status: how many there are, where they occur, and how they are, where they occur, and how they are fairing. This is the goal of the “Wild Species” series of reports. This brochure is a snapshot of the 2005 report.
