"The CNSC is seeking comments on the proposals contained in this discussion paper for establishing a more consistent, broadly understood and accepted methodology for controlling releases from regulated nuclear facilities and setting ALs at these facilities. Feedback received from interested stakeholders will be taken into account as part of the CNSC’s ongoing efforts to provide greater clarity to both industry and the public on the CNSC’s approaches to and expectations related to environmental protection."--p. 3.
