"An investigation to determine the possibility of preventing loss from cereal rusts by one of the common methods of plant protection—the use of fungicidal dusts—was commenced in 1925. This paper presents the results of laboratory, greenhouse, and field experiments which have been carried on during the six years 1925-1930 inclusive, at the Dominion Rust Research Laboratory, Winnipeg, Man."--Introd., p. 5.
