"The Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency (CanNor) was created in August 2009 and became a designated institution in May 2010, consistent with the Agency’s efforts in promoting the development of strong, vibrant, and dynamic Official Language Minority Communities (OLMCs) in the territories.
