"This regulatory document is part of the CNSC’s Reactor Facilities series of regulatory documents, which also covers licence application guides for licences to construct, operate and decommission nuclear power plants. The full list of regulatory document series is included at the end of this document and can also be found on the CNSC’s website. Regulatory document REGDOC-1.1.5, Supplemental Information for Small Modular Reactor Proponents, provides information in addition to three other CNSC regulatory documents (REGDOC-1.1.1, REGDOC-1.1.2, and REGDOC-1.1.3). REGDOC-1.1.5 is a new regulatory document and meant to be used in conjunction with these three other documents, which set out requirements and guidance for an applicant to consider prior to submitting a licence application to the CNSC for a small modular reactor.
