"The National Shipbuilding Strategy (NSS) is Canada’s 30-year plan to renew the fleets of the Royal Canadian Navy and the Canadian Coast Guard. The strategy’s primary objectives are to equip the fleets of the Royal Canadian Navy and the Canadian Coast Guard in a timely and affordable manner, build a sustainable marine sector in Canada and maximize economic benefits for Canada, including job creation"--page 2, 2017.
