"This report contains the result of a study conducted to demonstrate the capabilities of the computer-aided control system design package KEDDC. The design problem concerns the robust control of flexible spacecraft using, specifically, estimator-based compensation. The results from this study demonstrate that it is possible to obtain a robust design of an estimator-based compensator for either regulation or tracking purposes"--Summary.
