"The Technical Guidelines for the Environmental Emergency Regulations, 2019 (the Guidelines) are intended for the use of any person who owns or has the charge, management or control of a substance listed in Schedule 1 of the Environmental Emergency Regulations, 2019 (the E2 Regulations). These Guidelines are designed to help regulatees better understand the E2 Regulations and ensure that their facilities are compliant with its requirements.
