"This report was initiated at the request of the Architectural and Engineering Section of the Research Branch via Mr. P. McGann following his receipt of correspondence and communication concerning problems with ventilation, primarily under winter conditions, in several animal buildings at the Animal Diseases Research Institute site in Ottawa.
