It incorporates experience gained in the administration of the Act to date and incorporates amendments to the Act and Regulations made in 1970. The information contained in the brochure has in part been condensed from the Industrial Research and Development Incentives Act and Regulations which govern the terms of the law by which the amount of a grant under the Act is determined and paid.
