Government On-Line 2006: P4-1/2006

This report updates the continuing efforts of the federal government to create a single point of access to government services and information. It details progress made during the year and highlights many examples of government collaboration in online service delivery. Chapters deal with accessibility, responsiveness, and building confidence and trust in online services. Includes a section on future plans.
