The evaluation of the Human Rights Program is intended to: assess the program’s relevance and performance as required by the Treasury Board 2009 Policy on Evaluation; contribute to inform discussions on the program’s alignment within the departmental program activity architecture and consideration of a new strategic outcome: “Canadians have a sense of their Canadian Identity”; and contribute to program improvement.
