Survey of northern abalone, Haliotis kamtschatkana, population in Queen Charlotte Strait, British Columbia, May 2009 / by J. Lessard and T.P. Egli. : Fs97-4/2959E
Objectives of the 2009 survey were two-fold: to monitor abalone abundance in Queen Charlotte Strait (QCS) by estimating densities at previously surveyed index sites and to extend our knowledge of abalone abundance and distribution in QCS by increasing the area previously surveyed.
