In recent years, Canadian Heritage (PCH) has taken important steps to improve services by surveying its clients with the Government of Canada’s Common Measurement Tool (CMT). The majority of the Department's services are Grants and Contributions (Gs and Cs) in support of the following objectives: Canadian artistic expressions and cultural content are created and accessible at home and abroad; Canadians have a sense of their Canadian Identity and Canadians participate and excel in sports.
