Environmental emergency regulations, 2019 : reporting system.: En4-376/3-2019E-PDF
"The Environmental Emergency Regulations, 2019 apply to any person who owns or has the charge, management or control of any of the hazardous substances identified in the regulations and that meet the requirements. The Regulations apply to fixed, land-based facilities and can apply to various industrial sectors in Canada. Those subject to the Regulations, i.e. regulatees, need to file reports informing Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) of compliance and to develop, implement, and test an environmental emergency plan (E2 Plan), when certain thresholds are met. Regulatees are to submit their reports through the new Regulations Reporting System. This system allows regulatees to submit information through a single window reporting tool"--Page [1].
