"A sanitary and bacteriological survey of Ladysmi th harbour, Coffin Point, Kulleet Bay, and the Provincial recreational oyster reserves south of Boulder Point and north of Yellow Point, was conducted from March 17 to May 2, 1975, by personnel of the Environmental Protection Service, Pacific Region. A dye study was also carried out to determine the sphere of influence of treated sewage discharged from the Town of Ladysmith sewage outfall into the outer harbour"--Abstract.
