Data report on the physical limnology of Kamloops Lake B.C. / by H.Y.F. Ng and P.F. Hamblin.: En37-133/1976E-PDF

"This report presents isotherm and turbidity isopleth plots along with mean vertical temperature and turbidity profiles derived from two years of temperature and turbidity profile surveys in Kamloops Lake. The isotherm and turbidity isopleth plots and the mean vertical temperature and turbidity distribution display a number of interesting features, including the effect of Thompson River effluent on the spring warming process, formation of spring and fall thermal bars, the nature of the autumn cooling and also the short period of residence time in early summer"--Abstract.
