Public Service Commission - review of procurement practices related to selected Advance Contract Award Notices (ACANS) : P114-1/2011
The objectives were to assess the following: 1. whether PSC contracting activities for the four contracts in question supported the principles of fairness, openness and transparency under the applicable federal acts, regulations and trade agreements; and 2. whether the PSC complied with TB policies and procedures related to: i) the selection of ACANs as the instrument for the procurement of the services of external members for the PSC's Independent Audit Advisory Committee; ii) the awarding of the four contracts for which the ACANs were used.
